The holiday village Bockholm is situated at the foot of a large hill. Some houses have sea views across towards Denmark. It's only 200 metres to the sandy beach and 1.2 km to the spa beach of Holnis (2-3 minutes by car).

The holiday village of Holnis is located directly on a sandy beach, which is very shallow and therefore perfect for children and beginner surfers.

The only thing between the holiday village and the seaside is the boardwalk.

At the beach you can rent beach chairs, boats, pedal-boats and bikes. There's also kiosk and a mini-golf course.

Glücksbug is only a few kilometres away from both holiday parks. The town satisfies all your shopping requirements, has excellent restaurants and various entertainment and cultural facilities – not least of which is the moat-ringed Castle of Glücksburg.

You can also reach Flensburg in a few minutes by car. It's a nice city for shopping.

Denmark or the west coast, the Angeln county or the river Schlei are also worth visiting on a day excursion.
